I get way to little protein a the moment, cause I simply dosent fancy meet in any for, and protein bars kind of scares me, as I dont know all the stuff they put in em. So now I foud a recepie and made some myself, and I must say, they are quite tasty

100 g of nuts (I used almonds and flaxseed)

400 g of honey

75 g desiccated coconut

75 g of cacao

200 g of oats

200 g of protein powder

almond Milk

Melt honey in a water bath. Blend nuts, oatmeal and mix with coconut, cocoa and protein powder. Pour into bowl with the melted honey. Add the almond milk for the mass to is solid. Pour this into a dish (I also added a bit of coconut on top) and place it in cold storage in the refrigerator until the mixture is stiff. Cut into suitable pieces.
