Up In The Air Opening Titles

I finally got around to watch Up In The Air starring George Clooney. Other than being a great movie with very nice performance by Mr. Clooney, I especially loved the opening titles that takes the viewer on a journey through the clouds and across the abstract landscapes of America. Each still is like a vintage postcard, and very gracefully animated. So while watching I googled who produced it (don't we all ; ) Turns out it's the folks over at Shadowplay Studio who were also behind the titles for Juno (2007) and Thank you for Smoking (2005) by same director Jason Reitman.

Other than having a bunch of trailers and short clips from the movie, Apple also produced a video of the making of the titles. Watch here.
